Duration

This warranty for repair is valid for 60 days, starting from the date of the appliance repair or 1 year from the day of installation.

Coverage

Labor Warranty: We guarantee the quality of our labor for the specified duration. If any issues arise due to faulty workmanship or installation during this period, we will rectify the problem at no additional cost.

Parts Warranty: We provide a warranty for all parts used in the repair or installation process. If any parts fail to perform as intended within the warranty period, we will replace them at no additional charge.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized repairs. It does not cover the normal wear and tear of the appliance. Modifications made to the appliance after our service may void the warranty. Any repairs or alterations performed by third parties not authorized by Alex Home Appliance Repair will nullify this warranty. This warranty does not cover repairs performed using parts provided by the client. We cannot guarantee the quality or compatibility of parts supplied by external sources. Therefore, any issues arising from such repairs are not covered under this warranty. Repair or replacement does not renew or extend the terms of this warranty; the warranty on the repair expires one year from the date of the initial installation or 60 days from the date of repair, whichever is later.
