The service call helps identify the cause of the appliance malfunction. Typically, the estimate is provided immediately after the diagnostic. If a repair is ordered, the service call fee is waived.

Gas range thermostat replacement involves the careful disassembly of the appliance to access the faulty thermostat. Our technicians will then install a new thermostat, ensuring proper calibration for accurate temperature control during cooking.

Deep cleaning of the dryer involves disassembly to access internal parts such as the duct pipe and drum. Our service includes thorough cleaning of these components to remove lint, dust, and debris, ensuring optimal performance and safety. After cleaning, we carefully reassemble the dryer to its original state.

Service includes drum and gasket cleaning, filter check, detergent drawer flush, and system sanitation. Recommended every 6–12 months to maintain performance and hygiene.

 Includes connecting water supply hoses, setting up the drain hose, and performing a basic leak check. Price applies to standard installations only; additional charges may apply for complications or extra parts.

Hook up and install an owner-supplied gas or electric oven. Installation in the same spot as the existing and does not include a new circuit run to the appliance.

Over-the-range microwave installations often require the services of two technicians. Additional labor fees apply if a second technician is needed due to the weight or mounting conditions.

Includes uncrating, leveling, connecting to the existing water line, and positioning the unit. For larger units (48" and built-in models), please get in touch with us for a custom quote.

Deinstallation of any appliances: washer, dryer, oven, range etc. 

We move old appliances in the side garage or other place in your house. But haul away is not included. 

If you need your appliance to move upstairs or downstairs please advise to get a flat rate and avoid misunderstanding.
